Sounds fair. I will keep an eye out. Though to be honest, there were parts of Dubai that one wouldn't be able to tell apart from parts of Toronto, or New York. Just looked like any other large city in the world.

A typical Arabian city seems rather interesting. I've had some experience with more modern Middle Eastern settlements, from the village of Spur Whan, the city of Kandahar, and the metropolis of Dubai. I can offer help in the form of bits of knowledge from that portion of the world if you so desire. That is, if it is even needed. PM me if interested at all.
The idea also seems interesting, I'll have to go through those contests and check out what you've written so far.

I'm going for a more storybook approach. If you've seen Disney's Aladdin, you'll get an idea what I'm shooting for. The kicker, however, is that the city will have other elements to it as well, from roman, to the ancient, futurisitic society which seeded the story's city.
I do appreciate your offer, though. I'll definitely have you look through it and see where you can plug in a bit more authenticity. So look forward to that in the near future.
