So, the first short story I've ever written has reached an initial draft. Once primary revisions are done, I can go ahead and start giving it out to those interested. It's based in the Star Wars universe although it isn't a fan-fic per say. It's actually a story with a direct meaning to myself, rife with inside jokes for the benefit of my friends, and hopefully entertaining enough to be enjoyed in general. I'll be updating ToTheBlankPage.com over the next couple weeks with parts of the story so that I can have it archived on the blog as well. If you'd like to read it, that'll be the place to check it out.

Kinen, the RPG project I'm currently working on, is also under way. I'm working on the story at the moment, and I'm starting to draft up the engine. It's going to be a pain in the ass because I want this engine to be completely OOP. I may even build a FOSS version of it as FOSS engines seem to be getting a lot of attention lately. Although on second thought I don't think I'll be providing it for free. I may be hitting up some of my contacts about it soon, to gauge interest and see if I can get some community involvement. The first priority would be to use it in Kinen. If you think it's a good idea, let me know. I'd like to help people bring their ideas to fruition, but not at the expense of the portal.

Anyway, that's all for now. The New Year looks promising. Hopefully, after all these years of trying, I can finally stop talking big, and deliver big.
